What You’ll Do:
- Bookkeeping Support: assist with essential financial tasks including Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
- Customer Service: Answer phones, greet visitors with a smile, and assist customers at the counter.
- Billing & Transactions: Handle billing processes and ring up customers efficiently.
- Light Sales Support: Engage with customers to answer basic questions and assist our sales team when things get busy.
- General Administration: Help keep our office running smoothly through filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean workspace.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Positive Attitude: We are looking for a friendly team player who enjoys working with others.
- Attention to Detail: You are organized, accurate with numbers, and dependable.
- Communication Skills: You are comfortable talking to customers on the phone and in person.
