We’re looking to add a Part-Time Office Assistant to our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Clerical Support: Handle general office duties like filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, preparing quotes, following up with customers, and maintaining customer records.
  • Procurement Assistance: Help with researching suppliers, preparing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
