We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Sales Staff (Full or Part-Time)

  • What You’ll Do: Be the friendly face of our company. You’ll build relationships with customers, guide them to the right solutions, manage the sales process from start to finish, and help our client base grow.
  • What You’ll Bring: A motivated, positive, and people-first attitude. You’re an excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others. Sales experience is a plus, but we will gladly train a driven person with a passion for learning.

2. Bookkeeping & Clerical (Full or Part-Time)

  • What You’ll Do: Keep our office running smoothly. This varied role includes handling data entry, filing, managing correspondence, customer support, and assisting with key bookkeeping tasks (like A/R and A/P).
  • What You’ll Bring: A highly organized and detail-oriented mindset. You are proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email) and have a knack for numbers and multitasking.

3. Warehouse Management

  • What You’ll Do: Take charge of our inventory and logistics. You’ll manage all shipping and receiving, maintain accurate stock levels, keep the warehouse organized and safe, and ensure products are ready for installation and delivery.
  • What You’ll Bring: A natural leader with strong organizational skills. You likely have experience in inventory, logistics, or a similar field and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

4. Lead Installation / Service Technicians

  • What You’ll Do: Be our hands-on expert. You will lead on-site installation and service calls, professionally troubleshoot issues, interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of quality workmanship.
  • What You’ll Bring: A skilled professional with strong technical and mechanical aptitude (experience in hearth, HVAC, or similar trades is a major asset). You are a strong problem-solver and a leader who takes deep pride in your work.
